I keep buying tents at estate sales because my wife wants to go backpacking with me. REI is a favorite of mine. I figured this was a good purchase. She says the rainfly feels "waxy" and like it "won't protect us from rain". She's probably right.
Condition:
This is from an estate. The rain fly is clearly worn out. You'll still get the rainfly, but its extremely worn out. Probably not even water proof. Comes with footprint, tent, stakes, tentpoles, and broken rainfly.
