This is a Harlequin 9" plates made by The Homer Laughlin China Company who makes Fiesta ® Dinnerware, Fiestaware.  Homer Laughlin china is lead free.
This is a Vintage 9" plate that is Spruce, green colored and was produced between 1936-1959 by Homer Laughlin.  The Harlequin line of pottery was sold in F W Woolworth stores.
There are no chips, cracks, or repairs but most vintage china has minor blemishes such as dust under the glaze, color shading, or a glaze miss. This has a very shiny surface showing little if any wear on it but does have a small fleabite size chip on the plate top inner rim.  Please look at the photos.
