Seam sealing with Seam Grip SIL is the best way to keep moisture out when using a silnylon (silicone-nylon) tent. Previously known as SIL Net, this clear sealant dries to a flexible rubber that works on all silicone treated gear including nylon tarps and ultralight backpacks. One tube can seal up to 24 ft of seams. Fast and easy to use, it's also handy for pinhole repairs and small tears. Seam Grip SIL is specially formulated for sealing seams on tents and other products constructed or coated with silicone waterproofing. Previously known as SIL Net, this clear sealant dries to a flexible rubber that bonds on all silicone-treated gear including ultralight tents and backpacks. One tube can seal most two-person tents. For faster repair options, choose the Kit, which includes the Seam Grip SIL adhesive with two Tenacious Tape Silnylon Patches. These peel-and-stick patches are also backed by a silicone-based adhesive, so you can patch holes and go. Remember: only silicone will adhere to silicone. Seal out the weather properly with Seam Grip SIL and/or Tenacious Tape Silnylon Patches.

International Shipments
We can ship to most international destinations. Note that there are restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped internationally.
We know that international shipments can be tricky, and we do everything we can on our end to help keep the process as seamless as possible. While most shipments are delivered in 10-14 days, there are occasions where they may take up to 45 days to reach you. The longer shipment times are usually due to customs delays, weather problems, and other issues that our out of our control.
Any additional taxes and or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon receipt of your parcel (we cannot mark packages under value or as gifts).
Shipments to the United States
We utilize a variety of services from DHL, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac and the USPS. Our shipping team carefully selects the carrier that is best equipped for delivering your package on time at the time of shipment. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
We understand things don't always work out, and we're here to help! If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We will only refund the original purchase price, shipping and handling are not refundable. Unless otherwise noted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In order to return your product under the return policy, please check that:

You contact Jay's Outdoor Supply and begin the return process within 30 days of delivery
The product is returned sealed in the original retail packaging, with all materials included
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 business days once we receive the package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Return authorization numbers are valid for only fifteen (15) days from issuance. If the product is returned without a return authorization number, and/or beyond the fifteen (15) day period, and/or without proper packaging, Jay's Outdoor Supply retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to you at your expense and with no refund issued.
Exceptions
We strive for perfection, and are continually innovating ways to improve your shopping experience. Sadly, real-deal human beings (as ourselves) are prone to making occasional mistakes. Exceptions may be made to this policy in cases where the item is delivered late, arrives damaged or defective, etc. Please contact us if you believe your return qualifies for an exception before requesting a return.
