Riviera footed sugar bowl with lid in yellow designed by Home Laughlin.  This pretty sugar bowl has been in my family for many decades and it always added a cheerful note to the table.  If you look at the pictures closely, you will see some chips on the base of the foot and maybe a couple of tiny flea-bite size on the handle of the lid.  I didn't know those were there until I examined it closely today so it is not that noticeable.  Riviera dishes were popular in our home while I was growing up but they weren't made to take the place of fine china so they were broken easily.
